What’s it about?

Lou was a happily married young mother when she became the victim of a serial killer.  Luckily for Lou it is sometime in the future, and we can now bring select people back from the dead by reconstituting them. But after being brought back Lou is still interested in the details of her death.  Why is that…

What did it make me think about?

I will not spoil the plot by answering this one.

Should I read it?

Sure.  This quick little novel was entertaining and inventive.  I did not love it, but many people have loved it- so maybe I was just having an off couple of days.  Anyway if you like dystopian novels with a mystery- pick this one up.

Quote-

“I was, in truth, a copy of that woman, the first and original Louise.  But I should never think of myself as that, they were quick to amend, as a copy.”
